Tool modelsFluorescent and bioluminescent reporter mice and tissue-specific recombinase transgenic mice have become essential tools for cell tracking and functional studies in oncology, regenerative medicine, tissue and organ transplantation, and gene expression studies. Based on the GEMS platform, we have developed a series of red fluorescent, green fluorescent, two-color fluorescent mice, luciferase mice and recombinant enzyme expression tool mice models through specific fluorescent protein, luciferase labeling and gene manipulation, which are widely used in gene function analysis, cell tracking, disease mechanism research and drug screening in biomedical research.
