Equipped with the CytoFLEX flow cytometer from Beckman Coulter and the FACSCanto Plus flow cytometer from BD, we can provide flow cytometry-based detection and analysis of immune cell populations such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells (DCs) in human and mouse peripheral blood, spleen, tumors, and other tissues, assessing the composition and function of the immune system. Additionally, we have platforms for in vivo imaging and pathological analysis.

Flow cytometry detection platform

The platform can perform routine operations including gross dissection, tissue and organ sampling, tissue embedding and sectioning (paraffin & frozen), and HE staining; it can undertake special chemical staining (Sirius Red, Masson, Oil Red, etc.), bright-field and fluorescence imaging, as well as pathological reading and diagnostic services for a range of pathological testing and analysis projects.

in vivo imaging platform
The platform is capable of detecting and imaging the bioluminescence catalyzed by luciferase and the fluorescence emitted by excited fluorophores, providing services for in vivo bioluminescence and fluorescence detection and imaging analysis in cells, mice, and rats.
