Source | Beijing Vitalstar Biotechnology Co., Ltd. |
Background | C57BL/6N |
Fur Color | Black |
Edited Gene | HLA-A2.1 |
Development
In C57 mice, a random transgenic method was used to microinject the sequence containing the human HLA-A2.1 gene's alpha-1 and alpha-2 domains, along with the mouse H-2Dd gene's alpha-3 transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains, into the mice, enabling the expression of human HLA-A2.1.
This strain serves as an important preclinical model for testing cancer therapeutic vaccines.
Application Fields of B6-HLA-A2.1 Mice
1. Evaluating the efficacy of human HLA-restricted T cell-mediated vaccines in tumor applications
2. Vaccine research
3. Infectious disease research
