Strain Establishment
In the severely immunodeficient mice NPG, the mouse Thymic stromal lymphopoetin (TSLP) gene was introduced into the mice using random transgenesis, enabling the expression of mouse Tslp. The overexpression of the murine Tslp gene contributes to the development of lymph nodes in immunodeficient mice.
