Strain Establishment
In the severely immunodeficient mice NPG, the complete genomic sequence of the human HLA-A11.1 gene, along with the 5' and 3' UTR sequences, was randomly introduced into the mice using transgenic methods, enabling the expression of human HLA-A11.1. This strain lacks T, B, and NK cells.
