Development
A gene fragment containing the human interleukin-7 (hIL-7) encoding sequence was microinjected into the fertilized eggs of NPG mice. After genotyping, F0 generation positive mice were obtained. These F0 generation positive mice were bred with NPG mice to produce F1 generation mice. By detecting the expression levels of hIL-7 in the offspring from the F1 generation positive mice, the desired strain was acquired.

Serum were collected from heterozygous NPG-hIL7 mice, and analyzed by ELISA with human IL7 ELISA kit. hIL-7 expression was approximately 423 pg/mL in heterozygous NPG-hIL7.
