Strain Establishment
In C57 mice, CRISPR/Cas9 technology was used to knock in the human CCR8 gene's coding sequence at the site of the mouse Ccr8 gene, resulting in a genetically modified mouse with humanized CCR8.
CCR8 is an important chemokine receptor expressed on Tregs within tumors. The humanized CCR8 mouse model can accelerate the development of drugs related to CCR8.
