Development
Using the CRISPR-Cas9 assisted method, the mouse TIGIT gene was replaced with the human TIGIT. In this way, in the humanized TIGIT mice, human TIGIT antibody inhibitors can be recognized and used for related efficacy or drug screening experiments.
