Homologous tumor transplantation

Homologous tumor transplantation refers to the transplantation of tumor cells or tissues from a mouse with a specific genotype into another mouse with the same genotype. This model is of significant importance in cancer research, especially in studying tumor immune responses and developing immunotherapies. It can be used for drug screening and evaluation as well as for studying gene functions.

(1)Experienced in homologous tumor transplantation

We have established a rich database of murine CDX allograft tumor transplantation in Balb/c, C57, Balb/c nude, and NOD SCID mice. We offer a variety of validated and well-characterized CDX models, including subcutaneous transplantation models, orthotopic transplantation models, tail vein transplantation models, and tumor metastasis models, etc.

Currently, our company has a comprehensive range of syngeneic tumor transplantation models, including various solid tumors and hematological malignancies, and we continue to enrich our tumor experience database. As a CRO company, we provides a one-stop service that includes cell culture, tumor modeling, dosing, tumor measurement, in vivo imaging, sampling, and tumor-related detection and analysis. The table below lists some of the mature CDX tumor types that we has developed.

Note: Male and female B6-hPD1 mice were inoculated with the MC38 (colon tumor cell) and treated with Keytruda, a PD-1 antibody drug, administered intraperitoneally twice a week.
